Cori Fratelli Makes History at ERS Amsterdam

We are incredibly proud to announce that APAPP member Cori Fratelli, MSN, FNP-C, RN, has had a session accepted by the prestigious European Respiratory Society (ERS) for their upcoming 2025 congress in Amsterdam. This is a monumental achievement, as Cori is the only Nurse Practitioner to have a session accepted at this competitive international event.

Cori’s talk is titled “Exertional physiological assessments to aid in the diagnosis of breathing pattern disorder.” This vital presentation will shed light on crucial diagnostic approaches for a condition that significantly impacts many patients.

This session is based on the insightful APAPP podcast released in 2024, which explores dysfunctional breathing patterns. We encourage everyone to revisit that discussion here: Idiopathic Shortness of Breath part 2 Dysfunctional Breathing Clinic.

Cori’s acceptance at ERS is a testament to her expertise, dedication, and the growing influence of APPs in pulmonary medicine. Her work exemplifies APAPP’s commitment to advancing knowledge and improving patient care globally.

Join us in congratulating Cori on this outstanding accomplishment! We look forward to hearing the impact her presentation will have at ERS Amsterdam.
