If you do not receive an email\, please contact the AAAAI Meetings Team at (414) 272-6071 or visit http://annualmeeting.aaaai.org. \nRegistration Types\nWe are pleased to announce that the 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting will include the option to attend either virtually or in person. Our educational programming includes over 275 sessions. The majority of the non-ticketed in-person sessions will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing shortly after the live meeting dates. Below is additional information that explains what each registration type includes: \nIn-Person Registration (includes virtual access)\nThe Annual Meeting registration fee includes admittance to all education sessions that do not require an additional ticket as well as the Exhibit/Poster Hall. Ticketed sessions\, most of which will not be recorded\, are available as an additional purchase. Attendees will also be able to participate in the Featured Poster Session & Reception taking place Sunday\, February 26. \nAll Annual Meeting registrants will have full access to the virtual content of the meeting including additional pre-recorded education sessions\, select recorded onsite education sessions and the virtual poster hall. Virtual content and credit claiming will remain accessible through December 31\, 2023. \nAttendees participating in the 2023 Annual Meeting with an In-Person registration will be required to abide by the 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting Health and Safety Protocols. \nThe 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting will be primarily held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center with additional sessions taking place in the co-headquarter hotels\, Grand Hyatt San Antonio & Marriott Rivercenter. \nVirtual-Only Access\nAttendees will only have access to participate in the virtual components of the Annual Meeting which will include a limited number of pre-recorded sessions\, live streamed sessions\, select recorded onsite education sessions and the virtual poster hall. We will review all student ID/proof of status within one business day. Upon approval\, you will receive an invitation code to apply the appropriate discount and begin your registration process. If proof of enrollment is not submitted prior to registering\, the standard registration fees will apply. \nMedical Students and Residents: Please provide documentation of your status via academic record or hospital identification. \nFellows-In-Training: Please provide a letter of status attesting to your current appointment as a Fellow at your institution with your program start and end dates. \nGuest Registration\nAttendees participating in the 2023 Annual Meeting with an In-Person registration have the option to register guests and spouses who may be joining them in San Antonio. Registered guests and spouses will be admitted to the Hospitality Suite\, the Exhibit Hall and the Associates to the AAAAI (Spouses & Friends) activities. The registration fee is $100 for each spouse/guest 18 years or older. No fee is required for guests age 17 or under. Fee includes membership dues to the Associates. \nRegistration Refund Policy\nRefund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing aaaaisupport@cmrus.com or by fax at (415) 216-2553. If the request is received within 72 hours of registering\, a full refund will be issued. If the request is received after 72 hours\, no refund will be provided; however\, if an In-Person registration was initially purchased\, it may be converted to a Virtual-Only registration at no additional charge. Full refunds will be provided for guest registration(s) and individual ticketed session(s) if the cancellation request is received on or prior to Thursday\, February 16\, 2023. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather\, no-shows or for AAAAI Foundation activities. \nAttendees registered for an individual education session\, but not participating in the 2023 Annual Meeting\, will be refunded the education session fee minus a $75 processing fee if cancelled by Wednesday\, February 1\, 2023. If the session fee was less than $75\, no refund will be offered. No refunds will be provided after February 1\, 2023. \nIf an attendee chooses to change from an In-Person registration to Virtual-Only registration (or\, vice versa)\, they are allowed to do so. No additional fees will apply. If this change is made after Wednesday\, February 1\, 2023\, the attendee should contact the AAAAI Registration team at aaaaisupport@cmrus.com for further assistance. \nIn the circumstance that AAAAI is not able to hold its 2023 Annual Meeting in person\, all In-Person registrations will be converted to Virtual-Only registrations. No refunds will be offered. Attendees who registered guests will receive a full refund of the guest registration fee.
