BIG Things Are Happening at APAPP

We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone for the Association of Pulmonary Advanced Practice Providers (APAPP)- we’ve officially reached 1600+ members! This incredible growth reflects the dedication and passion of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in Pulmonary Medicine across the country.
Since our founding in 2020, APAPP has been dedicated to uniting healthcare professionals who are passionate about advancing pulmonary medicine. Our mission has been to improve patient care, promote professional growth, and support our members by offering valuable resources such as the APAPP podcast (with over 20k views & free CME), the ACE App, access to our annual conference, an annual salary and benefits survey, our pulmonary event calendar(is this supposed to link to the blog?), industry updates/articles/highlights through the APAPP Blog, certification programs, career opportunities in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine and so much more.
We are thrilled to announce that our 2025 Annual Conference in Nashville sold out and far exceeded expectations. We had 650 attendees (compared to 467 in 2024) from across the country, as well as from Australia and Ontario.
In 2026, we are bringing the learning to you with our first-ever regional CME meetings in Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, and Tampa, FL.
Lastly- we are welcoming a new APAPP president in 2026: Rhea Votipka, NP, as Founder and Current President Corinne Young, MSN, FNP-C, FCCP, steps into the APAPP Executive Director role. We are so excited to have Rhea’s leadership and know she will guide the organization to exciting new heights.
Thank you to every one of our 1600+ members for being a vital part of this thriving community. Together, we are elevating the standard of care and fostering a strong, supportive network for pulmonary APPs. Thank you to our board members and committee members for helping shape this organization. And lastly, a thank you to our fantastic sponsors and partners, you make our work possible!
