Optional Dinner On Friday, February 14^th the Norton Thoracic Institute will host an optional dinner for attendees and their families. Cost of the dinner is included in the attendees’ registration. Family members are welcome for a small fee. For guests 21 years of age and older there is an additional $100/person charge while guests under 21 years of age are an additional $75/person. Dinner will be held at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa.
