Format: Postgraduate courses – week-long virtual events October 11-15 (lecture-based sessions include dedicated time for interaction between participants and faculty; 100 participants per session), Challenging Clinical Cases sessions, Game Zone (interactive space with individual skills stations, and an online game-based platform), HERMES European examinations (knowledge-based and are comprised of 90 multiple-choice questions each), Lungs on Fire sessions (led by two discussants who will present the cases to a panel of experts and the audience), lunchtime Meet the Expert sessions (an expert will stimulate discussion, answer questions and offer advice – more personal approach to learning; limited to 40 participants), Professional Development workshops (aimed to provide team leaders, supervisors), Skills workshops (32 participants per workshop + fee), case-based skills workshops (50 participants per workshop + fee), Patient forum (looks at the best ways healthcare professionals can relay information to respiratory patients), Respiratory Championship (four teams battling).
